- Qualifications : - officers of the Indian Administrative sercice /Central service with 9 years service as such or selection grade officers of central secretariat grade officers of the central secretariat sevice eligible for appointment as Deputy secretary to the Goverment of india .
- Experience : possessing experience in planning or development of social work organisation or in the welfare of scheduled castes/ schedule Tribles.
- Pay Scale : Rs.15600-39100 plus Grade pay of Rs 6600/-
