- Eligibility : Officers of the Central (including officers of All India Services and Central Group ‘A’ Services(i) holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or(ii) with 5 years’ service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in the scale of pay of 15,600-39,100/- (PB-3)+ Grade Pay – Rs.7600/- or equivalent in the parent cadre or Department ; and
- Possessing the following educational qualifications and experience :-(i) Masters’ Degree from a recognized University or equivalent:(ii) Seven years’ experience in Administration, Vigilance and Financial Matters
