- Qualifications : – The minimum qualification is Doctorate (Ph.D.) degree in the field of Renewable Energy or relevant field of science and engineering. Candidates submitted thesis and likely to appear Viva-voce within six months are also eligible to apply.
- Pay Scale : - Rs.16000 PM+HRA (if hostel accommodation not provided)

2-Post Name : SRF
- Qualifications : - ME, M.Tech or equivalent degree in Engineering/Technology (Chem. Engg., Mech. Engg., Agri. Engg., Civil Engg., Biochem. Engg., Energy Engg.) with minimum 60% marks. Or MSc, BE, B.Tech with minimum 60% marks and at least two years of post MSc, BE, BTech, research experience as evidence from fellowship/ associateship or traineeship and published papers in standard refereed journals.
- Pay Scale : - Rs.18000PM+HRA (if hostel accommodation not provided)
